This is order to meet Insurance Company criteria as well as to tailor services to suit your individual needs, and for your health and safety.
All information gathered by Ali Downes is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party, unless previously agreed. This data is kept securely, in either paper or digital format, and only viewed by Ali Downes.
Information will be kept for the period of time determined by the insurance company, and guidance around medical records. In the case of a adult, information will be kept for a period of 7 years, from the last session attended. In the case of a child, the information will be kept until the child’s 25th birthday. After this time electronic information will be deleted, and paper copies destroyed by cross shredding.
